Refund and Returns Policy
Return must be within 3 days for those within the same state. And for those outside the state of purchase, return must be within 5 days. For international customers, return must be within 14 days.
We are only able to accept the return of UNWORN shoes and accessories. In order to protect the sole of the shoes, please try shoes on a clean and carpeted surface.
We will not accept the return of shoes that have marks on the soles.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without the original box will not be accepted.
We can only refund on the following grounds:
- The shoe or size paid for is sold out, and the customer is not willing to wait for it to be restocked or if the customer is not willing to take another shoe in exchange.
- We sent a wrong shoe or size, and the customer is not willing to accept an exchange.
